A group of training partners dedicated to building capacity by challenging ourselves daily. Influenced by the likes of Ultra Man Rich Roll, Navy Seal David Goggins, Life Coach and Events Coordinator Edward Harkins, we strive to maximize our potential through routine exercise and activity.
